The apartments of the Residence were completed in 2013 are tastefully furnished. This apartment has two bedrooms, large kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom.

In addition to a spectacular view of over 10 miles of coastline, available for the guests sandy beach, bars and restaurants all nearby.

Kalhed, Italy, Jun 2013 - Sole, Mare e....

L'alloggio è conforme alla descrizione ed ideale per trascorrere in uno splendido angolo della Sicilia un tranquillo ed interessante periodo di vacanza. Confortevole e comodo da raggiungere sia dall'aeroporto che dal porto di Catania ed inoltre, per chi fosse attratto da escursioni "last minute", nel vicinissimo porto ci sono gli attracchi per compiere una gita all'isola di Malta (anche in giornata). Terrazza ampia per godere il sole ed ammirare il mare sottostante (distante circa 50 metri a piedi) appena attraversata la strada che si trova davanti all'edificio. Parcheggio privato recintato, alloggio ben attrezzato e cosa molto importante il responsabile (Signor Enzo) si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, sollecito e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Le maggiori località di interesse culturale ed artistico sono facilmente raggiungibili dal sito tenendo conto che alla sera si ritorna in un luogo tranquillo.

Alloggio moderno, comodo e sopratutto fresco, molto ben coibentato ( non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata in tutta la vacanza). I ragazzi di isula beach di una gentilezza squisita e sempre disponibili. Alloggiamento stupendo davanti ad un mare splendido.

Angela, Italia, Aug 2013 - LA CASA GIUSTA NEL POSTO GIUSTO

L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, con una terrazza ampia vista mare provvista di tavolo sedie, sdraio, tenda per il sole: c'è un tavolo anche in cucina ma abbiamo sempre preferito mangiare sul terrazzo, dalla colazione alla cena. In casa ci sono aria condizionata, frigo, phon, lavatrice e zanzariere. 6 posti letto: due camere da letto e un divano letto. e un bagno abbastanza spazioso. Sotto casa c'è una doccia condominiale comodissima. Posto auto nel parcheggio assegnato. stanno anche costruendo una piscina condominiale. La spiaggia molto bella, sia libera che attrezzata, vicini sia un piccolo centro commerciale che ristoranti sul lungo mare. L'ospitalità è.. che ve lo dico a fare, siamo stati benissimo. Posizione comoda per le escursioni verso le città e le riserve naturali. io ci ritornerei..

L'appartement est idéalement situé, juste devant la plage. La terrasse est spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. Un parking privé à disposition. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le propritaire est disponible, charmant et vous apporte de bon conseils. Une superbe location.

Susanne, Germany, Jun 2016 - EINFACH, ABER STRANDNAH UND SCHONE UMGEBUNG

Einfach ausgestattetes Appartement mit traumhafter Terrasse in Meeresnähe. Die Lage ist phantastisch, leider war Kücheneinrichtung wie Teller ect. unvollständig und teilweise schmutzig. Der Appartementkomplex insgesamt ist angenehm und sauber, der Betreiber des Komplexes im Erdgeschoss nett und hilfsbereit. Trotz der zu beanstandenden Sauberkeit Küche würden wir wiederkommen, da dieser kleine Wermutstropfen sicher geändert werden kann :)
